Hello! I am working with Brain Voyager (an older version: 4.4) and I am trying to create a new project (for the first time...) with files in the Analyze format but this does not work. When the program is creating the project at the end I always get the error message in a "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" field: "Runtime Error! Program: C:\BrainVoyager\BrainVoyager_4_4.exe abnormal programm termination". I do not know what might bei wrong. Do you have any ideas?
Thanks in advance. Katrin

Dear Katrin,

This looks like a problem in the data. If BrainVoyager wasn't succesfull in creating a project, it 'crashes' in order to make sure, the memory is emptied completely. In order to know what might cause the problem, you could best send an email to support@BrainVoyager.com.
We will mail you the access information for our FTP server, so we can have a look at your data in order to see what the problem is.

With kind regards, Henk.
