BrainVoyager QX 1.10.4 for Mac OS X
BrainVoyager QX 1.10 is a universal binary, which means that it will run on both Intel-based as well as PowerPC-based Macs. To download BrainVoyager QX 1.10.4 (build 1250), click on the link below. The compressed DMG (disk image) file "BrainVoyagerQXInstaller_v1104.dmg" contains the installation distribution package ("BrainVoyager QX Installer v1104.mpkg"), which will be automatically extracted on your system as well as automatically launched. If this is not the case, simply double click the DMG file after the download has been completed and then double click the extracted package file ("BrainVoyager QX Installer v1104.mpkg") in the mounted volume. After launching the package installer, simply follow its instructions.| BrainVoyagerQXInstaller_v1104.dmg (86.5 MB) |
In case you have installed an older version of BrainVoyager QX, close any running instance prior to installation. We recommend to deinstall the older version of BrainVoyager QX by simply moving the "/Applications/BrainVoyager QX" folder to the Trash; it is also advised to remove the BrainVoyager QX icon by dragging it out of the dock area (otherwise there might be two icons after the new install). The installer might still detect that an older version of BrainVoyager QX was installed before; in this case, the installer shows an "Upgrade" button instead of an "Install" button, but in both cases the same files will be installed.
System requirements
Version 2.0 of BrainVoyager QX is fully compatible with Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard). While many operations of BrainVoyager QX run with modest working memory demands, a minimum of 1 GB is recommended.
